Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and is a systematic, effective and scientifically studied process of guiding one’s conscious awareness into the inner space (often referred to as the “liminal space” in psychological circles). This ancient framework provides subtle but immense healing benefits by immersing practitioners in restorative brain wave states and connecting them to the Higher Self. Known to be effective for anxiety and tension, it is also widely practiced to invite in creativity and problem solving.
