Astrology is a co-creative tool that can assist you in understanding why you’re here, utilizing the outer cosmos as a map of the dynamics present at any given moment in time—including the time of your birth.
Focusing on your Natal Chart as well as the Lunar Nodes and Chiron, I offer 50- and 90-minute sessions to unravel your soul’s purpose in this lifetime and help identify the energies that can limit and enhance our potential to create.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and is a systematic, effective and scientifically studied process of guiding one’s conscious awareness into the inner space (often referred to as the “liminal space” in psychological circles).
Known to be effective for anxiety and tension, it is also widely practiced to invite in creativity and problem solving.
